WHO WE ARE

We are three ordinary girls, who decided to do something ExtraOARdinary! On the 12th December 2021 we set off from La Gomera in the Canary Islands, beginning our 3000 mile adventure across the Atlantic. We finished up in Antigua on 23rd January 2022, after 42 days, seven hours and 17 minutes at sea, setting a new world record for a female trio - beating the previous record by seven days. We're now continuing to work towards our charity fundraising target of £100k and undertaking speaking engagements to reach it. You can help us get there here.

OUR CROSSING

In December 2021, we rowed 3,000 miles from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to English Harbour, Antigua across the planet’s second largest ocean.

Battling the elements, sea sickness, salt sores and constant sleep deprivation, we were motivated by our goal of raising over £100k to turn the tide on cancer.

The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge is one of the world’s toughest endurance races, and an experience we will never forget.

THE WHY

Above and beyond the sheer challenge of the race, we are fundraising to help put an end to cancer.

Like so many others, cancer has played a part in all of our lives, but in particular for our teammate Kat, who was diagnosed with the devastating disease in 2019.
